Terms & Conditions

By using the services of Cordelie Travel Services (“the Agency”), the traveler agrees to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

“Traveler” refers to any person who books travel services through the Agency. “Supplier” refers to any third-party provider of travel services including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation companies.

2. Traveler Obligations

The Traveler is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to the Agency is accurate and complete. The Traveler must verify all travel documents, including passports, visas, and health documentation.

3. Suppliers

The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Traveler and Suppliers. Suppliers’ own terms and conditions apply to all bookings.

4. Travel Risk & Insurance

The Agency strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. The Agency is not responsible for losses due to trip cancellation, interruption, delay, or medical emergencies.

5. Personal Information

The Traveler consents to the collection and use of personal information as necessary for the arrangement of travel services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Social Media

The Agency may use photos and testimonials shared by travelers on social media for promotional purposes unless the traveler opts out in writing.

7. Pricing & Inclusions

All prices are subject to change until full payment is received. Quoted prices include only those services expressly stated in the itinerary.

8. Payment

Deposits and final payments are due as specified at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

9. Credit & Debit Cards

The Agency accepts major credit and debit cards. A processing fee may apply to certain transactions.

10. Chargebacks

Travelers who initiate a chargeback dispute will be responsible for all costs incurred by the Agency in responding to the dispute.

11. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Changes or cancellations are subject to the Supplier’s terms and may incur fees. The Agency’s service fees are non-refundable.

12. No Shows

No-show penalties are determined by the Supplier and are the responsibility of the Traveler.

13. Accommodations

Room assignments and specific requests are subject to availability and at the discretion of the accommodation provider.

14. Air Travel

Airline tickets are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. The Agency is not responsible for flight changes, cancellations, or delays.

15. Traveler Conduct

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the enjoyment of other travelers or the provision of services.

16. Disabilities & Special Needs

Travelers with special needs should notify the Agency at the time of booking to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.

17. Food Allergies

Travelers with food allergies must inform the Agency and all service providers directly. The Agency cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.

18. Risk Activity

Participation in adventure or risk activities is at the Traveler’s own risk. The Agency is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from such activities.

19. Illness & Injury

The Agency is not responsible for medical expenses, illness, or injury occurring during travel.

20. Baggage & Personal Items

The Agency is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage or personal items.

21. Passports, Visas & Medical Documentation

It is the Traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have all required travel documents. The Agency is not liable for entry denial due to inadequate documentation.

22. Traveler Identification

Names on bookings must match government-issued identification exactly.

23. Pandemics, Epidemics & Travel Advisories

The Agency monitors travel advisories but is not liable for disruptions caused by health emergencies or government actions.

24. Criminal Records

Travelers with criminal records may be denied entry to certain countries. It is the Traveler’s responsibility to verify entry requirements.

25. Restricted Products & Materials

Travelers must comply with all applicable laws regarding restricted items and substances.

26. Hazardous Materials

Travelers must not transport hazardous materials in violation of applicable regulations.

27. Limitation of Liability

The Agency’s liability is limited to the service fees collected. The Agency is not liable for acts or omissions of Suppliers.

28. Indemnity

The Traveler agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Agency from any claims arising from the Traveler’s actions or failure to comply with these terms.

29. Force Majeure

The Agency is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, or government actions.

30. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
