We offer a free 30-minute initial consultation for all customers. If you decide to move forward with our services, our Planning & Research Fee is $250. This fee covers the cost of our expert research, custom itinerary planning, and personalized service. If you book your trip through Cordelie Travel, the fee is credited toward your trip cost.

Terms & Conditions

Non-Refundable

The Planning & Research Fee is non-refundable once services have begun. This fee compensates our advisors for the time and expertise invested in researching and planning your trip.

Application to Booking

If you choose to book your trip through Cordelie Travel Services, the $250 fee will be applied as a credit toward your total trip cost.

Non-Transferable

The fee and associated planning services are non-transferable and apply only to the trip being planned.

Validity Period

The planning services associated with this fee are valid for 6 months from the date of payment.

Scope of Services

The fee covers one complete trip planning cycle. Significant changes to the trip scope (new destination, different dates, etc.) may require an additional fee at the advisor’s discretion.

Booking Responsibility

While we provide expert recommendations, all final booking decisions are made by the traveler. Cordelie Travel Services is not liable for changes in pricing, availability, or supplier policies between the time of recommendation and booking.
